Punjab Mission was initiated with the aim of involving ourselves in the          faith  formation activities and pastoral ministry. And also involve in other apostolic activities like education and health care mainly care of PLHIV. Also there is possibility to get more vocations as the people are religious minded and well oriented towards faith. After the legal proceedings, formalities and agreement we began our community on Sept 2, 2017. The new residence for the sisters was blessed by Bishop Franco Mulakkal, former Bishop of Jalandhar Diocese. The pioneering sisters were Srs. Marie Sebastian, Deepa Thomas, Kamla Tete and Shobha Rani Ekka.

Sisters began their life with pastoral ministry; taking catechism classes, visiting families, orphanages, jail and learning language. Two of our sisters also joined to serve in the Little Flower Convent Senior Secondary School run by the diocese and managed by the FCC sisters.

To begin with the HIV center, sisters had work hard to find possibility and permissions. With some influence from the principal of Little Flower School finally they got permission to visit the ART center at civil hospital Batala. On the 18th of February 2019 the Community Care Centre - Ashakiran at Bibi Sundari which is 12 kms. from Gurdaspur was blessed and inaugurated by the  Apostolic Administrator, Bishop Agnelo.

The School that we are allotted is in Dina Nagar where there is 11 Acres of land on Pattankot-Jalandhar Highway. Now sisters have begun the initial process of admitting the students in this school.
